Some clients have a really good idea of exactly what they want, but they just need help with execution. Such was the case with this new build. The homeowner had very specific wishes for the layout, general architectural style, and the finishes, but looked to us to make it happen cost effectively and in a timely manner. Along the way, the client looked to us to create a fantastic skylight addition to the kitchen and a double porch to the facade. This is truly custom building.
