as requested, the range stayed for budget and the fridge relocated for convenience.
before there was a door.....
....and now it's opened up for dining.
the sink was in a tough spot, but....
....now it has a view, plus....
....the island is now a place to gather.

the original "renovation" left a lot to be desired....
....so, we expanded on what we had.
when things are a bit lacking....
....it helps to add cabinets, flooring and lighting.
when things feel confined....
....opening up a wall and carrying the flooring thru, will bring it together.
sometime areas, just to need a little attention....
....to feel complete.
not all layouts fit your needs, but....
....there is always a solution
